Reception
Our staff welcomes you until 10 p.m. If the staff is not there when you arrive, call +358 400 469 797.
During the summer season, the reception operates in the Summer Café.
Check-in
Check-in takes place between 15:00 and 22:00. Guests must be able to prove their identity upon check-in, if requested.
Check-out
Check-out by 12:00. Agree on an early check-out with the staff.
Breakfast & restaurants
Breakfast is included in the room price. The price is €16 for those who have rented a boat berth, €19 for other visitors.
Breakfast is served from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or by agreement. In summer, breakfast is served in the terrace cafe. Note! Service restrictions outside the summer season:
Breakfast only for hotel guests.
No lunch/dinner on Sundays. On other days, our services depend on the number of guests. When the hotel is full, we prepare a buffet dinner, otherwise we offer á la carte.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at Ilola Inn. All our rooms and other spaces are allergy-friendly.
Accessibility
Ilola Inn is not accessible for e.g. wheelchair users. There are stairs both in the hotel building and on the terraces.
