Our staff will receive you until 20. If staff is not present when you arrive, please contact tel. 0400 469797.

During the summer season the reception operates in the terrace café.

Check-in

Check-in takes place between 15.00 – 20.00.

Guests must upon request be able to prove their identity in connection with check-in.

Check-out

Check-out by 12.00.

Agree on early check-out with the staff.

Breakfast & restaurants

Breakfast is included in the room price. For those who have rented a boat place the price is 16 €, for other visitors 19 €.

Breakfast is served at 9 - 11 or according to the wishes of corporate groups. During summer seasons breakfast is served in the terrace café.

Note! Service restrictions outside the summer season:

On Sundays no dinner/evening meal. On other days our services depend on the number of guests staying. When the hotel is full we prepare buffet dinner, otherwise we offer á la carte.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in Ilola Inn. All our rooms and other spaces are allergy-friendly. Pets are welcome only to our summer terrace.

Accessibility

Ilola Inn is not accessible. There are staircases both in the hotel building and on the terraces.

Ilola Inn strives to provide as pleasant an accommodation experience as possible for all its customers. We aim to take into account the needs of different customers.

Some of Ilola Inn’s premises are accessible (summer café, summer terrace) or partially accessible. The level of accessibility may vary due to the structures of the building and the characteristics of the environment. The hotel hall and the Anja and Onni luxury suites are accessed via individual steps / a threshold. The rooms Toivo, Helmi, Kaste, Torsten, Iivari and Linta are located on the second floor, which is accessed via long stairs. Ilola Inn does not have an elevator. There are several level differences and stairs in the hotel yard area.

Ilola Inn has a limited number of rooms that are partially suitable for accessibility. We recommend that customers contact us in advance to ensure that the room meets their needs.

Assistants are welcome at Ilola Inn. If necessary, we aim to take into account the use of assistive devices in our premises where possible.
