Reservation status

If all went well and your reservation status is “Confirmed”, an approval email has been sent to you. Please keep the message stored until the time of your stay. In the message you will find accommodation information and a link to cancel the reservation.

In the case you missed the confirmation time limit and your reservation is “Abandoned”, please start reservation again from the beginning. In case of problems, you can also call us, tel. 0400 469 797.

You can also pay for the accommodation in advance, e.g. in your online bank, with the payment information found in the approval message. Once the payment appears in Ilola Inn’s bank account, we will send a receipt by e-mail.
